Pareidolia is an optical illusion caused by visual or auditory stimuli, such as finding a familiar shape in a landscape, a cloud, smoke, an ink blot, etc., a human voice in a noise, or words (usually in one's own language) in a song or speech delivered in a language one does not understand.
